Overview
Vola collects the information needed to check visa requirements and, when you choose to apply, to prepare your application — nothing more than that.
What we collect
Passport and destination country, travel purpose and dates, contact details you provide (name, email, phone), and — only if you start an application — traveler details and any documents you choose to upload.
How we use it
To show you visa requirements, prepare and support your application, and communicate with you about it. We don't sell your information.
Documents you upload
Passport pages, photos and supporting documents are sensitive. They're handled with restricted access and kept only as long as needed for your application.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@volavisa.com.
